I don't have any involvement in PayBase, GAWminers, Garza, etc. However, I will note that if you see some of my posts on the Bitcoin Foundation forum, you will see that I have been heavily cautioning people against what I generally refer to as "web-wallets and web-based exchanges" for reasons that are better seen in the details in my posts on that forum. Failure-prone, surveillance-prone, or scam-prone services can be avoided. If you are interested in that stuff please see, for example:
