Oh! boy this is good I wish i'd be someone reputable enough to be called there someday It's funny how probably there is some kid out there that mined a shit tons of coins in the early days to buy weed in SK and now is wealthy enough to attend there as someone important. Life is luck.

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the
first distributed timestamping system.

CoinDesk is a weird publication that's for sure. They basically are merely a mouthpiece for many companies and many of them have turned out to be scams. CoinDesk publishes anything -they pushed Robocoin, guess what, RObocoin is broke now. It is pretty sick thinking that this is the biggest news site in the Bitcoin space.

Life is luck. Wow Really? Who? Well! early miners did got alot if they held to their bitcoins Just like the guy who bought the pizza(only if he had held onto those) Or the one selling 10,000 btc for 50$ (but atlast he didn't ) Life is luck Though am not probably one of the lucky one's but i'll keep it on my work

Oh! boy this is good I wish i'd be someone reputable enough to be called there someday Well, you can always organise your own secret-yet-publically-announced meeting and invite/don't invite whoever you want. No need to wait to be "reputable enough" (whatever that means).

why not in london? in amsterdam? or in san francisco? or rome? or tokio? why not in a public venue?
is this maybe a private circle jerk party?
It doesn't matter where it's held it would still be off limits to the general public. They probably just chose an island so they could have a holiday at the same time but they probably get a kick out of all the mystique too. Oh! boy this is good I wish i'd be someone reputable enough to be called there someday Why? These things are always just for the big boys to feel important and exclusive.

It's got to be neutral and people from all over the world are going to be there so what better reason top have it held somewhere nice. Might even be cheaper then renting out an upmarket hotel in some major city as well.

Is it not BTC about decentralisation, freedom, no globalization , no secrets?
Try to think a little bit. Who is behind Bitstamp, Coinbase, Kraken, BTC-China, Ripple?
Take a look ! Roger Ver, Micky Malka, Erik Voorhees and another 2-3 people. Yes, these people control 90% from BTC
They funded all these exchange businesses so they control them meaning they control the whole BTC market

lmao lay off teh pipe dude. welcome in the real world. it was an irony, dude. there is so much hypocrisy here. it's funny because the BTC users don't think about "Who is behind Bitstamp, Coinbase, Kraken, BTC-China, Ripple? " Answer "Roger Ver, Micky Malka, Erik Voorhees and another 2-3 people."
