The famous Freelance website are oDesk , Elance , Freelancer but the problem is they don't pay with Bitcoin.
I've searched a little for you and found the following http://bitgigs.com/ Looks good , never tried it my self tho . There is also  http://www.bitcoinjobs.com/ , https://workforbitcoin.com/ but they are not working anymore Unfortuntly .

thanks... i feel bad for so few options in this 4 years.
the other 2 are not working, i found them in the forum several times.
im gona check that one thanks. Feels bad nobody pays in bitcoin.... i cant get dolars in my country from outside.
