May I suggest the Qubit algo for your POW mining stage.  Rare, ASIC-resistant, fewer rigs to rent.  Low energy consumption for miners.

  There are always legal hurdles that come up and as a legally registered business in the province of Ontario you can be assured that we have and will continue to seek proper council to be sure we are operating under the guidelines of the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.

The Canadian Government does not "hate" Bitcoin and does provide some clarity on the legalities of working with Bitcoin. Any traditional sources of funding (government) being sought out will not be used to fund any crypto projects but only for real world projects.

I think that SCRYPT is the best option right now ...but this is just my opinion. I don't own any asics but SCRYPT is the best choice .
