I hope you realize that the reason people have incentives to repay a no collateral loan is to protect their reputation. Your reputation however is already ruined by the fact that you have negative trust. You therefore have no incentive to repay this loan.

I would suggest that you find yourself some collateral if you wish to have a better chance of getting a loan
