AFTER AROUND 15 PM's on the subject, we decided that it makes sense to just produce 5 videos on our own initially and re-launch the contest in around 4 to 6 week after we release the new affiliate program and also our 4th game which we expect to be a blockbuster.

Contest ends in 30 days (March 7th) and judgment + prizes will be awarded on or before March 22nd, 2015.
First day of the contest is today (February 5).

Videos will be scored on a point system out of 100.
a) Up to 30 points based on overall quality of the video (as judged by the win88 team)
b) Up to 30 points based on submission date (using date and timezone on bitcointalk.org).
c) Up to 25 points based on bitcoin wager referrals on the site between February 5 and March 7th (using your win88 referral URL)
d) Up to 10 points based on the number of views on YouTube relative to other entries
e) Up to 5 points for quality of description on posted video (good natural keyword usage and use of relevant keywords to the site and to bitcoin gambling)

How to submit your entry:
1) Make a post here which includes a link the video on Youtube.com and also your win88 username
2) The video description on YouTube and anywhere else you post the video must include the exact link https://win88.me
3) You can also include a second link with your personal referral URL which can be found under Leaderboard->Referrals
     The first URL mentioned must be https://win88.me
4) Description must also include the hashtag #win88
5) To maximize your referrals, you may want to use a tool like oneload.com and upload the video to multiple sites (hulu, vimeo, etc.) or do upload to multiple sites manually
 
Rules:
a) Maximum of 3 entries per person.  You may only win 1 prize though.
b) Videos that are really poor according to the judges may be completely ignored and scoring process stopped
c) Main submissions must be in English or self explanatory animations.  If you desire to create similar video in other languages for maximizing referrals then that is acceptable but those submissions

So professionals will be spending HOURS and DAYS creating a video only to find out someone else has won the 'private voting' ?

I would still consider participating provided I have enough free time for this and you get someone to hold the winning amount in a escrow wallet.

But do you actually expect professional people to take out time to invest in your tutorial video ? Time that they can perhaps spend creating a template to sell on an online marketplace which could earn them much more than what you are offering as a prize.

Contests are never fair for professionals and hence most pros avoid it, its good for people who are just starting out and have no client base.

Thanks legendstar for your thoughts and feedback.  We were already planning to produce our own videos so that wasn't the intent but given our affiliate program is not yet released and our new game is pending, your thoughts on the contest as it currently stands are valuable.
