Some people think ponzi is similar with gambling since some people win while other lose
But, for now there are too many ponzi sites & some people don't know which one is the best

Well you are able to lose BTC or $ gambling anyway and the argument is is that they're both types of gambling and users know what they're getting into. I don't agree with them personally but people should be free to use them if they are willing to take the risk.

Well, this discussion has happened multiple times.

Ponzis are usually get rich quick schemes, and usually involve a factor of gamble, as if you are the last depositor then you probably don't get paid.

So that is the reason, why they are in the gambling section.  However most of the ponzis are scam, and are not good for the forum or bitcoin.
