Is it possible send BTC using a cli with Multibit wallet (or some other wallet) on OSX environment ?

Not that I am aware of. The new - currently in beta - version might support something like that though, but I doubt it. What are you trying to accomplish?

You could use an API[1] or a wallet like bitcoin core that supports commands from the command line.

e.g. https://www.blocktrail.com/api/docs
