I don't think so. I've restarted, shutdown my computer. Restarted the modem. Any other suggestions?

Just tried it, mozilla, win 7, worked fine. Was about to bitch about the fact i hadn't received a payment, but, sure enough, payment just been sent. Try a different machine if possible with same ip address (presuming its home), so to try and narrow it down where the problem is. Hope this helps.
