It's hard to get that money back, I will tell you what you need to do so trusted ones label that guy as scammer.

Pm's from BroadF with he's Skype ID ,conversation with him over Skype , and proof that you actually sent 130$ as gift to he's paypal address  that actually must be shown on any of the previous screenshots.

You can report him for fraud with Paypal as well, although Paypal will not refund the money if the guy has moved it on already.

Why don';t you initiate a chargeback. I have heard you can do it for payments sent as gifts as well.

I didn't say you don't go with the feds thats alright , if you'r really looking to prevent this guy scam another users you must post proof of it and anyone trusted here will label the guy as scammer if you got legit proves.

Please use escrow. 1% is nothing compared to what you lose from being scammed.
