don't even think to send any coins to those scumbags!

I had problems with several different coins and they ignore me completely
No support, no email, no nothing

For three f@cking months they pretend I don't exist!
And not just me as it seems

fortunately, the amounts were relatively small so I just lost a few dozens of dollars

What's the matter, Coins-e ?
Is it more profitable to steal from your users?

I have the same issue,

In my case I had more than 13 Bitcoins, and about 3 months ago the account didn't let me login, same as you.

I have tried with tickets, emails .....  No answer.

My account also was blocked with the same message.
Let me know if you get any answer or solution, I've been trying for 3 months and I don't get any reply.

I had more than 13 bitcoin on it Sad

I think we should join forces and try to do sue the founder or bring them to the attention of some organisation.

The founder is known, he seems to be active on the bitcoin community.
