I hope you know what you doing and have some casino background.

The competition out there are VERY tough and you will have to get specialized programmers to do the security side. It takes only one "loophole" to kill your edge.

Try to buy a whitelabel casino from a well established operator, but be prepared to pay a LOT for that.  Wink

ha ha I always hear this question but it is a good one. but I am also sure that each one has something in mind that would be different. one can only get the answer after the launch.

Please forget all this ready-made casino scripts out there. If you are seriously interested in running a Bitcoincasino, you'll need to pay designers and programmers to do so because without knowledge operating such a business would be very silly.

I would second this. Even after launching something, you will have to make sure no one can use exploits on your site to take advantage of the site.

3rd this.  Building and shipping is the easy part.  The real fun comes when its live, open 24/7 for the whole world to attack you.

The security issue would be the most important issue in developing a site.
