Just some few questions, what will happen to Ulbricht's Bitcoin account? Where will his millions and millions worth of BTC go?

After he was found guily on every count http://bitforum.info/t/ross-ulbricht-found-guilty-on-all-charges/223?u=angelo

Will his things be confiscated after the sentencing?

What do you think?

I guess the FEDS or whatever will save them, or audit them, same as they did with the other Silk Road coins.

The Feds already auctioned off a portion of Ross' coins and the next few batches are coming in due time. Ross is screwed and will likely get a life sentence and more when the hearing takes place on the 30th of May. He's finished unless an appeal gets him some justice.

Consider all his bitcoins gone (proceeds of crime) unless he managed to hide some.

maybe there will be another auction soon.
The question I have is, what  happened to the other 1.7 Million USD worth of Btc that the cops took as posing as the assasins.

Well, the government did an auction for the bitcoins they confiscated from SR before.
I am sure they would probably do the same thing again.

Do you  really think that he never had any personal BTC wallets other than those he had in SR? He definitely had at least a dozen. And he is never going to reveal them to anyone.

Well if he is jailed for life, then whats the point of having them ?
He might as well, give the details to someone. Giving the money to his family is worse as they might get in trouble because of it too.

It would be nearly impossible to give the details of his wallets to anyone without the government intercepting the conversations and first gaining access to the wallets. Conversations with any visitors are almost always monitored/recorded with inmates and conversations with his attorney are privileged however his attorney is not able to break the law by laundering the bitcoin though him

Ross is probably going to get 20 years per charge. If lucky, they will all run concurrent. This would make it possible for him to get out in 20 yrs as opposed to 100+ years if they did not run concurrent with one another.

The cops only got 80k for not killing anyone. The rest went to the Hell's Angels (if anyone actually got killed) or to scammers pretending to be the Hell's Angels and then pretending to kill people that don't appear to exist.

That is correct. So in short, all his Bitcoin stash will remain inactive for the next few decades at least. If he is ever released from prison (that is a very distant chance), then he might be able to use them.
