with all the back n forth in this thread you shoulda known better than to pay for anything without 1st making a deal and him accepting it. also no escrow, shame on you

1. you have to account in freelancer.com and pass english exam so I know you can complete my job
2. you will exam via teamviewer on my PC
I dont ask anyone must pay me before

actually you werent completely clear in your job. you didnt tell anyone they had to pay to take an exam at all. then maybe he paid, maybe he didnt but he should have made sure you escrowed before paying anything assuming he did pay
