If they are too good domains then they might work out as a good collateral and you might attract people towards your loan request.

Clearly did my due diligence, that is how i came to the conclusion that the only winner here will be you when you close you're negative rating account after receiving BTC

He is right. There is no way that your website is going to be worth anywhere near the value of your loan. The interest you are offering for almost a year loan is comparable to the interest received in a two week loan (in terms of percentages)
