Wait for an escrow to get online. Account escrows have been proven to be tricky, so have an experienced escrow moderate the transaction. Devthedev is active and will most likely be online soon. Within 12 hours I would say.

Yes. Actually it isn't really tricky. It was just a mistake redsn0w did, that he forgot to change the email on the account. Let me know if youd be fine with doing it.
It just involves, me giving you the account details, then you changing the email on it(which you can change to anything, because its not visible to everyone) . The buyer then sends you the payment. After which you release the account to him and the coins to me after making sure all is good.
