Best thing to do is avoid it.
Even reddit had a post, where a guy logged into a fradulent site and lost 6-7 coins.
Sucks to be a victim to it.

No, to my regular email (Which is listed in my profile). But yeah, I think it has to do with my (sometimes) activity in the Technical Support section.

Viruses are all over the internet. Few days back I got an email which asked me to open a link to get "100BTC" . Just ignore them and move on.

Members here are more likely to be targeted than most because they are probably holding bitcoin. The mods say there are increasingly sophisticated attempts to target bitcointalk members, so be on your guard.

Also make sure your email is not shown to the public. Will help prevent stuff like this.

You should be take extra precaution when clicking on links these days. Even if you know it's a phishing site. Don't even click it out of curiosity unless you know how to manage what kind of scripts the page is running. So many browser exploits these days. Just look: http://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list.php?vendor_id=53&product_id=6761&version_id=&page=1

Already like a dozen exploits for 2015 alone. If you had an outdated flash and you clicked a suspicious link, it could very well have your PC rooted and you wouldn't even know it.
