Put your money into 2.0 coins.

Bitshares, Next, Stellar, Ethereum (when its released). There are others, you need to do some research... Counterparty, Maidsafe, Mastercoin, NuShares... Have fun reading.

Put please, don't buy into scam coins. That XPY guy made some false claims about his coin and never followed through on promises. XPY is clearly a scamcoin.

Don't put it all into one coin, spread it around several coins.

Maybe you can do some profit with Paycoin, it has the greatest volatility of the top 10 coins in market cap. But its price crashed more than 90%, and the crash of Paycoin for the cryptocurrencies in general. So who buy and hold in the last 2 months only had a great loss.

And since the last 2 weeks the generation of new coins is being accelerated, probably by some entities which own the prime controllers, so expect a high inflation.
