last week I got a 1mbtc bonus code and I loss it all. Then I just made a small deposit, made a several bets and get small profit but why my payment is blocked?

You have to inactivate user bonus as long as the user has loss it all..because I see in the bonuses tab, my last bonus is still active.

Of course there are more players in your site when you spread the bonus codes. But when those players failed to reach the rollover requirement, they just leave your site and will come back when you spread another bonus codes.
I think you need to think about another promotions to make players stay longer in your site.
