Well, I see no issue in them offering the third option (mainly because probably no one will activate that option, lol).
But it's sneaky because the way they worded it, the third option (cloud mining) becomes the
default method of "refund" if BFL doesn't hear back. So they probably are trying to catch people who don't reply within a certain time frame and give BFL an excuse to not refund but instead provide their cloud mining.
In a nutshell, it's another shady, scammy practice by BFL.
I'm very glad I got my refund and I'm done with that company and their deceit and dishonest practices forever.
