How to solo-mine with some friends?

Hi.
First of all, I'm new here, so I salute you all.
 I've been reading through the forum, and at least for me, none of the threads helped me out answer a simple question for me.
I tried mining with ufasoft,works well.I see it also created localhost:8333

Main question is : can i give myip:8333 for my friends to mine there too ? we basically have same specs so no need to see who mined more and so on ?
Will all earnings go to the wallet created on my computer ?So i can then send payments to them ?
Or i am missing something ?

I am using ufasoft coin client if someone asks ...
