problem with mining monero

i mined 12h on a monero pool with the config like this
NsCpuCNMiner64 -o stratum+tcp://mine.noclaymorefee.com:3333 -u 43vtWVY1BGLbMvp6JJjrTnSPSU5gChULxaQnMMKzMKCbjXCaanfs3pa7YGTUEY8JKuCo7xiRmXMh4RW Ejf4bty7p2NjaA7X -p x -dbg 1
and it shows me total paid is 11 xmr but then i check my balance at poloniex it is still zero . what is the problem ? should i use a wallet like mymonero.com or something else ?

don't send your coin directly to an exchange... 
That's true for anycoin, and it is even worst for cryptonote since you need 2 address to make a deposit (for mixing purpose)
You can consider them as lost...

yes you can, but you won't be able to spend them until your wallet have sync'd

Better you may try "minergate" to mine monero and some other coins with merged mining

i mined with miner gate before but i got 0.02 xmr after 12h meanwhile i can mine 20 xmr in 12 hrs . and the time estimated to sync with network is about 200 DAYS wtf ?

it won't take 200 days, but probably a day or two... (and lots of space...  )
