When a US bank is used to accept walk-in deposits for BTC sales is anyone having any issues with their bank?  Is it a business or personal account?

Thx

As long as the account details are correct it doesn't matter if its business or personal you should be funded instantly. If its not a cash deposit I lbelieve it can reversed. So If someone is receiving funds on your end or someone elses end and there is a problem you probably will never see that money again

wellsfargo has a 1 hour cash deposit reversal period from what i've read.

and some other banks do stuff as well because the tellers make mistakes.

it's best to wait until the banks close to send the btc to be safe.
