So the only issue seems to be whether loljosh chooses to keep the promo open to new participants. If so, he would need the access to full Watoshi's referral list to make that 20x BTC0.005 draw.

loijosh, if possible do the draw today, using random.org, etc. and pick 20 random winners. (all make all of them win if < 20)

All confirmed users (you need to wager a small amount) will have twice the chance of winning the draw that those who are not confirmed, for fairness reasons.

Confirmed users that will receive two tickets to the draw are:


A winner can win only once. (ignore if the the number allotted to already won participant if so.) However if there are excess funds, a participant can win up to 2 times.

Because of this suspicious behaviour of a newbies with 1 to 20 posts turning up, I am restricting #3 prize only to a member having 42+ activity (not posts) minimum to protect the interests of the real participants.
Newbies with 28 to 42 activity, will be given only a prize of 0.002BTC.

#1 and #2 are however open to all.

I will post the latest pic of my the participants for the #1 and #2 prizes on the last day.


If there are any excess funds, escrow is requested to keep it.
