When you make your first deposit, you have 120 days to clear your bonus.

Every cash game you play, you receive Cash Game Points. Once you have cleared 10 mBTC in CGP, it is released to your account.

Further deposits are treated as individual bonuses, but you must clear the first bonus before moving onto the next bonus.
