I don't think there's glitches in payments. What you might be seeing, is the difference in what your browser shows and the real amount that should be showing--what the server side knows you should get. I always load the page in a new tab before collecting, just so I know what the number will be. Otherwise, due to everything I have going on, the counter I see might only be half of the amount.

Honestly, if you have to ask, you probably will get banned. Then you'll come here saying it's a scam, and that you did nothing wrong...

Avoid level 2, if you don't want to collect every 30 minutes or so.
At level 4, you have more than 4 hours between collections--very easy for anyone to manage.
At level 5 and higher, it's almost impossible not to collect everything, due to the time it takes for the max collection to be reached.

The higher the package the less often you need to collect. Level 5 is about 10 hours, Level 6 about 18.5 hours
