Is it funded?
Is there a place where I can find your PGP key that has been previously posted?
I will bid .15 BTC. Funded or not, it will be worth at least that.

Yes, it is funded.
The PGP key with which I signed my message is the same PGP key that is mentioned by Casascius in the custody documents he sent me for my silver coins, and it is this PGP key that I use when extending chains of custody. This is a separate key from my OTC web of trust key, but I am able to sign statements that correlate the two.

Nubbins did you carry this coin around with you? She looks pretty beat up compared to all the others of yours that I have seen/bought.
This had a fair amount of pocket-wear before I bought it, but it had an interesting story. The last owner tried to crowd-fund its destruction (!) but didn't raise what he felt was enough money to make it worthwhile. I can probably find a link somewhere if anyone is interested. The patina on the front isn't too unsightly; I recently purchased an MS-64 brass coin that was in roughly the same shape as this one, FWIW.
