If i used same login for same pool with same worker on two different PC's would this make problems? would i be compensated for both or something would make it conflict

btc guild or deepbit for example

I know it works with BTC Guild, and it used to work at Deepbit (probably still does).

It's not the best practice though.  Keeping each machine as its own worker is good for external monitoring.  Things like idle worker notifications won't work when using two PCs under the same worker, unless both machines failed.

Also, if you're running multiple machines with different external IP addresses, you may get flagged as an abusive (botnet) account if you use a lot of machines (a few wouldn't be an issue).

You can use up to 20 miners with same worker account at DeepBit if you want to take advantage of Long Polling. Using more than 20 will switch LP off and your stale shares percentage may increase.

Using different worker accounts is much more convenient as you may see which one is working and which one is not.

And remember that botnets are not allowed on many mining pools.
