These are in The Netherlands already, in case you want to purchase them.
We paid about €75 in taxes and similar charges.

i know that 'cause you said it in the main post: ''They are in a hosting center in the Netherlands at the moment and are running without any issues.''

i asked about import tax because i can't see how 370$ + 75euros makes 475euros!?!?

It doesn't. I bought them in a 52 bulk batch.

But if we go with the current price of a single S5 miner in the netherlands:
$370 pure miner
$56 shipping
€377 euros for miner + shipping

€16 import duties
€83 taxes
€11 fedex handling cost
Total: € 486

You can use this to calculate these: http://www.invoercalculator.nl/

Is there some crazy amount of taxes that you need to pay to import miners into the EU from China? Bitmain is selling them for US$370 each + shipping, however if there are some kind of import taxes then you may be offering a better deal.

Unfortunately, yes, his offer is fair if they were new miners.

I'm looking for one, but I won't offer more than 400€ + shipping for second hand ones.

Even if you buy "new" miners directly from the manufacturer they are going to have been used by the manufacturer prior to you buying them. This is how the manufacturer is able to sell inventory from "stock" as they run them prior to selling them in order to generate their maximum amount of revenue from them.

I know that, they have "burn in rooms" to "test" your miners on "testnet" before shipping...

No. Bitmain will manufacturer their miners in batches prior to listing them for sale. Then between the time they build the machines and the time they actually sell them they will run them on their pool.
