http://www.minebitshares.com/

BitUSD is like Bitcoin, but with price stability and interest, pegged to the value of real USD.

MineBitShares allows you to use your mining equipment to virtually mine BitShares bitUSD.
Point your miners to the multi-pool to mine traditional POW based coins which we exchange for
auto payouts to you in bitUSD. We aim to be the most profitable multipool with 0% fees and
bonus payouts for every miner, every day.

I've been mining for a few weeks. The bitUSD is nice addition. Makes a nice hedge against falling btc.

Here are some highlight of the MineBitShares bitUSD operations over the past week.

Paid out $1,527 BitUSD in 200 miner payouts for the week
Added 32 new pool miners for the week
17 new twitter followers for @minebitshares
x4 increase in pool hashrate for periods, with upto 18GH seen ocasionally.
Was the most profitable mutipool for Scrypt and X11 mining on 4 occasion during the week (see charts below)

Focus of next two weeks:
Start the 100% delegate campaign to upgrade/replace www.minebitshares-com delegates support the costs for the change made to 0% pool fee and attract dev/admin paid help
Enable the pool api to support BTC/MH/Day profitability listings on http://poolpicker.eu - already contacted

Post/tutorial on bitcointalk/pool website on how to increase your X11 GPU miner performance/profitability by 75% for zero cost. Will be a marketing draw card to the pool.

From twitter: https://twitter.com/minebitshares

"Paid out $207 bitUSD in todays round. X11 miners are killing it - $0.13 USD/MH/Day, 0.00057547 BTC/MH/Day"

"And check out the new pool front page live hashrate and miner stats @ http://pool.minebitshares.com"

Best pool by far.  No need to worry about "what coin should I mine" anymore when one can simply use the BTS internal exchange or go to a third party exchange for btc etc...

How come the payout one day is 0.06 USD and then 0.029 a few days later? That is half!

20150215,SCRYPT,0215153700,0.06041635,USD/MH/Day

20150219,SCRYPT,0219143701,0.02986277,USD/MH/Day

There are a lot of variables in mining thus everyday will be a different payout.  Just the fact that this pool pays out in BitUSD that is sent direct to your wallet instead of a volatile alt is fantastic.

How mining rewards are paid out to miners and mining a coin's algorithm are two different subjects.  Start reading here about how mining actually works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin#Mining
