Recently my client (0.3.10.1, linux 64 bit at that time, currently I use 0.3.11) generated 50.01 (instead of 50.00). Is it ok?

P.S. Sorry if this is wrong forum. I thought it fits better that the tech. supp.

This is an FAQ. The answer is 'yep.' Someone got a transaction put into your block which required a small processing fee. You got the fee for processing the transaction. Enjoy!
