Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'll vouch for Genesis Cloud Mining, they've done right by me so far and they have proof of hardware.

Are you promoting your referral to CEX?
This is strange as CEX supose to be down. Stay away of cloudmining.

I have a contract with Genesis Cloud Mining for 7 month and now it`s clear that I lost there as well.

determine your means of not profittable?
are fees > mining revenue? which i believe is not
you can flip 0.1 into 0.2 overnight and keep doing the same btw, so your thought of not profitable is pretty much misleading

CEX.IO was legit and the most known as far as I know , but they shutted down for someone because Bitcoin price dropped and it's not really profitable for them anymore . Also there is Bit-x I know that they do Bitcoin Mining , you should check my Signature for their link . and if you have further questions simply ask Marcotheminer here on their official thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874312.0
