We have less than 12 rPIs and i'll probably keep those to fiddle with at home. We were using x86 devices (the gigabytes and intel unit) under a network (PXE) booted environment to run our mining software.

We have 2 of the beaglebones boards (used in S5) if you want those? I wasn't really a fan of them. They had some things i liked such as u-boot, the onboard emmc and more memory. But overall still favor the rPI.

I just picked up my first model B+. Forget the older model, go for the B+ model. Loving this little thing. Using it for a LAMP development server currently. I'll be on a transcontinental flight soon and I want to make a cross over cable so i can have a LAMP development environment on the plane with me. Hopefully it will help pass the time (until i forget the name of a built-in function and can't access any reference material).

where are u shipping from ?

Cincinnati, Ohio, USA 45201

I'll probably pass on the Beaglebone for now, but if I'm interested in the next few days you'll be hearing from me.  Smiley Right now I have the Odroid C1 as well as the RPi Model B to play around with, and both are enjoyable to work with. But like you, I probably prefer the Pi over the Odroid.

Yes, I should be able to get them later today. I believe I made a mistake and it's actually 3x 2 phase 20A breakers. I just realized it and will need to verify that for you as well.

It's up to code for where we are other than those 120v piggy backed outlets at the bottom. At the time we didn't have any other way to power a couple little things. No idea about your local codes. It is indeed 6x 20A breakers (23kW +/- usable capacity)

How much for shipping of a miner to new jersey

We've been doing $45 flat rate S&H in the US and CA for miners. We end up taking a small loss on it.

You can buy the miners on ebay, just make us an offer for the price here and include the thread in the offer. That way you can buy with any payment method ebay accepts, or btc if you want to go outside of ebay (preferred).

Yes -- but we do not have the shield kit. So i guess the answer is actually, No. Also, the transformer may already be spoken for. Waiting to see if details are finalized.

I would take 2 of the TP Link 24 port hubs at $25 each.

Do you have any server power supplies?

Note that these are NOT up to code in the U.S. or Canada as they were used.  They must be mounted to a wall or other permanent fixed surface.*

* NEC definition, "cabinet" and UL listing approval for sub-panel designs.  408.38.  Also 408.3.A(1).

The racks are considered a permanent fixed surface when they're mounted to the floor. Do you know what's more fun than bolting 56 racks to a concrete floor? Unbolting 56 racks from a concrete floor. You should see the load center...

I argued with 2 different master electricians this wasn't a good way to do it. It passed inspection, as did that mess of SER cable.

Hmm, I stand corrected; it didn't seem that those racks were bolted to the floor.

I am quite surprised about those cables though... that isn't a cable tray, and doesn't even look CT rated.  How could that pass inspection running along the top of the racks like that?
