Well, "scammed" might be a bit too early. Although my patience is running very thin atm, there is no "proof" it is a scam at this point. So I assume you want to write a sort of "executive summary of what has happened"? Kind of a documentation type of thing?

If it looks like a scam and walks like a scam...most likely it will be a scam.

These "delays" are retarded in length.

No reason to delay this long if you have the funds to repay everyone.

Only reason to delay is to keep customers at bay for as long as possible.

Time will tell for sure.
