this thread is a perfect example of how DOGIE adds useless shit which is totally off topic in shameless self-promotion (not to mention looking like a complete fucking retard)
As a result I have locked this thread and moved all pertinent info to a new one pending removal by the mods as this review has nothing to do with Avalon 4.0 or dogies unwanted useless input
new thread posted here with less of a mess and a bit better format :

insert dogshit by dogie here

FWIW I don't read any of your guides so don't spam them in my thread they are in too many places already...and your post is off-topic and misleading to a different product Roll Eyes
please kindly keep your unrelated dogieshit out of this thread...that is 360 of AVALON 4, NOT 4.1 as in my review...keep your off-topic self promoting dogshit out of this thread and stop plastering the internet with blatant spam which serves no purpose other than self promotion... it is not wanted or needed hmmm I was wondering why dogie support for bitmain ended till I saw the support page for ehash.com  Roll Eyes
if so why isn't there a "passing this on to engineers" or anything on-topic to the OP...we know how well that worked with BitMain  Shocked

shoooo doggie shooooo

Now now, keep your fedora on and calm down. A question was asked and I answered it.

Just because a question is asked does not give you the right to insert your bullshit as you always do..anyone in their right mind knows better than to ask you any question all you do is elude them
You answered DOGSHIT.. he asked for a picture of an APPLE NOT AN ORANGE... are you really that fucking stupid or just like to prove what an utter ass you are....you already know the majority of this forum doesn't like you now GIT DOGGIE GIT..SCRAM..or should we call the humane society and report a stray

+ Im glad bitmain stopped you from destroying their image with your incompetence and bullshit and only wish any future perspective employer looks at your less than stunning track record of acting like a rabid dog covered in his own shit trying to smear it all over the place...enough already
Its quite pathetic when the only reason I wanted this topic self moderated was to keep your nonsensical bullshit out of it...why don't I have that option to delete your off topic spam or will you report yourself and put a stop to it FFS

Actually, as the OP said, you didn't.

You posted an older model. I request that you remove your off-topic posts. Thanks.

As the OP didn't say, the Avalon 4.0 and 4.1 are identical externally, apart from one is coloured black.

Since the voltages are set for Avalon 4.0 and not 4.1 I found where to change them and now the fun really can begin  Cool

Voltage isn't fixed for 4.0, it just can't 'auto voltage' like 4.1 can. And due to that, remember that whatever voltage you fix for 4.1 will just act as a starting voltage if you leave auto voltage on (which you should). Auto voltage seeks to find the lowest possible voltage that each mini module is stable at given the set frequency.

Note 3 files named eco, normal and turbo....and what they contain
To make these permanent just edit them and you have your own set of 3 custom settings as well as CUSTOMS
For starters I am doing a combination of 450:420:370 to see what happens to the lower wattage level

+ thank you for this info    right now I did customs with 7800 volts and freq of 450:390:370

i left out true for auto volts  and freq 450:390:370 gets me about 25.27 freq

on your setting of 450:420:370 what freq do you get??
