I would ignore the letter. Most of the time its just meaningless threats. Anyway, how can they sue you when they don't even know who or where you are? Frankly, I would create many paycoins just so that I do get letters emailed to me. I would take comfort in knowing that the scammer Josh has to pay his lawyer money each time he sends me a letter.

I won't google that for you, because I don't care that much but:

The logo was stolen from 2 already existing companies, proof was shown on r/bitcoin and on hashtalk, gaw changed paycoins logo 2x since that and the newest is also a pure ripoff. People told them that they are going to report them for infrigments.

The promo video on the paybase website was cut together from 10 random general video clips from youtube, credit wasn't given where it was due. r/bitcoin post had a bounty if people find from which video the clips were cut together and people linked all of them.

Seen also several random pictures that were stolen.
