There is no mystery  this scam falling on his arse again. Dev will keep on dumping his free generated coins from masternotes.
(a little hind, dopey people generally dont have a lot of money to keep on buying)

If you will just copy litecoin or blackcoin and add chat function or pretty wallet obviously you will not require hard forks.
