If you are the owner of AntPool,Ghash.io,KnCMiner,BTCGuild,Slush or Eligius you are eligible for this. What I want is something similar to f2pool.com/pushtx if you design a webpage like this where I can push my transactions I would pay you 1BTC and I will pay extra 0.005BTC0.01BTC per each 1KB of raw I push there.Escrow is OK.
If you are wondering what kind of transactions I will push then they will be just simple non-double-spend tx's with 0 fee and will usually spend an output which is unconfirmed.

Pools are able to target transactions? This is news to me... I'd say that it'd be a profitable venture though.

Miners either they are pools or solo they choose which transactions they want to include they can even include no transactions in their block if they want to.
I'd say that it'd be a profitable venture though.
What do you mean?

Will you give me the 1 BTC if I give you a python script that already does that?
What do you mean by "already does that"?Do you mean that a specific tx no matter what kind of tx(valid and non-double-spend off course) it is will be included in the block? In that case yes.
Edit:Oh hi Evil-Knievel didn't noticed you username in the first place. I was following your interesting posts for a while now.

What do you mean?

Making a webbased program where people can pay a little money and get their transaction targeted by a pool...

That or maybe a subscription thing where people can get their address added to the target list for a pool.

Hi :-)
Well can you give me some arbitrary strange transaction and I will check if I can make a pool include it with that script?
So we can check.
OK 5 minutes will edit this post.34 tx's for now include all of them in the second block and we will talk in private next stage will be way harder than this(I could have done this stage myself.(I hope raw is ok)

Okay, I will try to come up with another way.
Good luck.
All python scripts stopped working, so did:
http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/pushtxn.php
It was already down like 3-4 months ago if you dig through my posts you would see that I asked wizkid to open it up again a while ago and he said that he doesn't have a work schedule so it might take months as there is no priority to do it.Also just try these Eligius nodes they are up and running(at least one of them):
"68.168.105.168"
"192.3.11.20"
Also I think I have tried it like half a year ago to push those transactions(one paid 0fee the other one 1mBTC) since Eligius doesn't hold any low priority tx's in their mempool the owner(luke) said that first transaction has to get in to the mempool itself in order for the child pay for parent to occur.
I see the problem, fee = 0! You could try making a transaction spending this very output and assign a large fee to it. Some pools (if intelligent) should include both to claim the large fees.
That is not the problem I have stated that the transaction will 0 fee in the OP.

Then you at least can double spend the unconfirmed tx and get your BTC back.
Yes since Eligius doesn't hold any low priority tx's it is very easy to push a high priority tx and get it confirmed.
