I open this EW thread to share my main medium term EW account, which is this one:

The count suggests that, if the correction is not a complex one (WXY style, i.e.), the 14 months correction is over.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Edit:
count invalidated because red A cannot be a diagonal:
the green 3 does not make a lower low than green 1,
as suggested by RyNinDaCleM in post #3.

You made a self-moderated thread... Are you open to constructive criticism?

Your A is completely wrong from an EW standpoint. Since 3 makes a higher low than 1, it cannot be a diagonal and that part of the count is invalid.

Would you mind posting the subwaves of (and subwaves of those subwaves) of your C?

Edit:
How would you count the 1 as an impulse?

Yes, of course.

Ups! That's my mistake. You're right.
Wave 3 must make a lower low than 1.

I will do it tomorrow.

Inside ending diagonals (red C), waves 1, 3 & 5:
- are usually divided in ZigZags (the case for green 1 inside red C)
- but may also be an pure impulse wave.

Thank you. Quite interesting links!

The first one has the same correction count than mine!

The third one is very interesting: it points towards a double three.
That would mean that 152 would be an A inside a Y, and that was an alternate count I had.
Given the mistake in my red A (thanks, RyNinDaCleM), I will reconsider this alternate account tomorrow.

Thanks! I can't wait Smiley
In the mean time, I have made a chart of why I think there wasn't a 1 up and this is still corrective to the main trend that is still down imo.

...and my count of that rise

RyNinDaCleM,

Well, my magenta 1 (15 Jan to 26 Jan) was also an ABC.
I was not too convinced about grey C development (specially the orange 3),
and your WXY is way better and fully convincing, in my opinion.  Wink

Anyhow, we both agree that the wave from January 15th to 26th was an (grey) ABC zigzag corrective wave.

Ah, ok

I am not discounting the idea that it was the A of an even larger ABC either. If this is the case, we shall see a couple of weeks of trains and moons, threads calling the bottom and more threads announcing how stupid bears are... until it concludes in the mid-$300's. Wink
