Is there a way to appeal a negative trust feedback given unfairly ? Just because someone can post you a negative feedback, I should be ok with it ? What happens now, I leave him negative feedback in exchange ? I do not find that rational or mature. Shouldn't there be a way to appeal this at some Mod ?
I am a new member and I could appreciate your help.

No, there is no appeal system. The only person that can remove feedback/trust is the person who left it.

The trust system is not moderated, you should "work" with camolist and try to convince him you are not a scammer/dishonest person.

I hope that bitcointalk change the policy to not moderate the trust. It can be very unfair to a person. It can easy been done by giving the moderator the opportunity to review any trust feedback before he is used.

This system has pros and cons. Nothing is perfect, you will find crooked people who will give you negative trust no matter what if they just do not like you. With or without moderator help.

This is a huge forum. The staff have a lot on their plate, surely they can't be expected to arbitrate trust feedback.

You can open a thread here (in meta) with your specific concerns and/or reasons as to why you think the feedback is unjust. The community would then have an opportunity to discuss it and potentially put pressure on the person who left it for you

The trust system is not moderated, you should "work" with camolist and try to convince him you are not a scammer/dishonest person. How exactly do you "work" with a person that gives you MAXIMUM NEGATIVE FEEDBACK after you agree to his terms ? I don't believe there is anything rational about what happened and I thought there should be a way to combat these sort of attacks in the future. "This is a huge forum. The staff have a lot on their plate, surely they can't be expected to arbitrate trust feedback"What I mean is that, there should be an arbitrage for trust ratings on this forum where you can appeal unfair reputation . After all, lots of trades are conducted on this forum and believe it or not many people are doing decisions based on trust ratings. So yes, like many others I believe trust ratings are important. Manipulating trust ratings will affect the way this forum works. I don't know about you guys, but in my opinion something should be done about similar issues.

Trust is something that is entirely subjective, so if someone thinks that your offer sounds fishy they can express that by publishing a negative trust rating. Whether someone believes them is a different matter. In a perfect world, people would only see trust ratings from forum members whose judgement they trust themselves, but most are too lazy to build their own trust list, so they rely on the default trust list (I don't know whether camolist is on default trust as I'm not using it.)
Personally, I have no idea whether your offers are legit or not, so I would set a (positive or negative) trust rating for you, but I'm always a bit cautious about offers that seem to be too good to be true, there's often a catch...

There is and you're doing it now. You can complain in Meta and anyone found leaving unjust feedbacks will usually have repercussions. However, a lot of the times they are just and valid but the person receiving them obviously just doesn't agree.

I will say in this case the negative was a little harsh. Amazon4u did offer to accept his deal using escrow and camo's terms. While I am on the fence about his offerings, I think a neutral was probably more warranted.

The issue was solved amiably as the negative feedback was voluntarily removed by poster. Still I do think that certain measures should be taken about similar circumstances.

Polite and amiable requests to have a second look always solves a lot of problems. I don't think a moderation of trust would solve such issues but it only expose forum mods and admin to be liable if they wrongly moderate or fail to do it a scammer or other fraudster. I think actual appeal system works and so no need to replace, or tweak, it exists.
