We might reach 400$ again, but it could be difficult to keep it above 400$.

well 400 isn't too far away, it could be reached in no time really, just a matter of bots, manipulation, good news and other random things

If/when to sell and what price should be a mathematical decision made before getting into the market rather than a change of heart later.
That said, I think seeing $400 this year could be on the cards, though it may only be temporary, and I'll be looking for a macro behaviour rather than short term pumps.
I'm not qualified to give advice, only to say that if anyone really knew the future price, it would be there already, but in practise it's more of a random walk (that is to say, it's likely that tomorrows price will be similar to todays, give or take).
My own position is I'm holding. That may or may not be appropriate for other peoples circumstances.

My crystal ball said 400$ will be reached by 19.6.2016. Not sure if it is lying.
L0L Hope it is lying. Wish it gets to 400$ by 19.6.2015 You mean hope it is not lying? Edit: Post deleted?

When the next bull run starts, 400 will be crossed in no time.

When the next bull run starts, 400 will be crossed in no time. That will happen after the latest 50,000 BTC to be auctioned by US Marshall.

When the next bull run starts, 400 will be crossed in no time. That will happen after the latest 50,000 BTC to be auctioned by US Marshall. I don't think the auction of the US Marshalls will have big impact on the price of bitcoin, if any. It had a significant impact in case of the first auction, but it was already of less significance in the case of second auction. It looks like all recent news that had the potential to drive the price downwards, e.g., BTER exchange robbery, did not hurt the price of Bitcoin very much, meaning we may observe sentiment shift towards a more neutral territory. Moreover, coins to be bought at the auction at the very attractive price would probably not see the market any time soon.

I got some BTC and want to sell them. The prices have gone down too much in past few months. Can anyone tell that when do we expect the prices to again reach 400$+ Also do we expect the prices to go even down? If yes, Shall I buy more BTC? I seriously think its not the correct time to sell the BTC, what you think? Hold them for a decade or weep for a lifetime, choose wisely.

The uncertainty associated with these auctions is keeping the price down.

We'll see up and downs because massive dumps cause severe distortion on the price... but then again the last gov dump from auctioned coins didn't change the price much.
