Cheapest way to hide your bitcoin : Send your bitcoin to big gambling site, after few days withdraw it to your new address
You just need 0.0002BTC to mixing your bitcoin

Better than compared with mixing service / exchange site
Yup but gambling sites keeps log of withdrawals and IP. They are willing to give out information if you do something illegal which is possible. Most mixers don't keep any logs or delete after a few days.

They are not entirely mixed because the gambling site knows what you did and keeps the information.

The OP primarily wants to hide total donations received from public.
So a gambling site should work too.

I'd suggest to make a safe bet 1.01 on directbet.. And than put the donation address wherever u want to donate as the address to receive the winnings...i think that should do the trick!

If you mix a mixer with darkwallet it should be pretty much hidden. I have no idea how DW works tho.

you don't have to use same "wallet.dat" for everything.

you can just create seperate wallets like me.

I've around 5 wallets that each one of them are used for different things. (Also I'm backing them up regularly to safe my private keys).

At times, you may spend coins from two inputs from different address by accident. This will cause people to link two different address together and your anonymity would be gone. Separate wallet.dat would be better since they are on seperate places.

Just use a mixer mixer and a mixer 3-4 times. Problem solved. You could also deposit and withdraw from a gambling site.

Just send them to an escrow for holding it. Or use a mixer if you wish to remain anonymous,

Suppose I want to share my public key for donations, but the problem is everyone can see how many btc I have. Suppose I create a second account for donations but now people can see where all the btc goes from there and cunclude it's my address. How to share a public key and still hide my savings?
mix your coin.

How can you be sure the mixing service isn't a honey pot? And how do you know the gambling site (or a clever 3rd party) isn't fingerprinting every transaction?

I've seen a lot of suggestions for using very weak 3rd party solutions ITT but not a single trustless solution. I believe someone here (CIYAM?) is working on cross-chain atomic transactions that would effectively "scrub" links to past transactions, but that's in development (AFAIK).

Buy the dip with the security and privacy of your own wallet: use cross chain atomic swaps to trade Bitcoin, USDT, and Ether. Trades are secured and settled on-chain. https://sibex.io

People getting paid in sig campaigns have to always use the same signature address so the runners of the campaign can keep track and it's public. So I dont see any other solution for this than running these coins through mixers.

Personally, I would refuse to participate in a sig campaign that required me to re-use a bitcoin address for multiple transactions.
