Poker Stars finishing bitcoin integration

For several months, online poker site Poker Stars has reportedly been looking at integrating bitcoin as a payment option for online poker games.

Coin Fire has received information from company insiders confirming that the process of integrating bitcoin has been underway.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Since Poker Stars is the most trusted poker site and since payment processors are expensive and one of the biggest bottlenecks at poker sites, I think this is pretty big news. Bitcoin is a natural fit for processing payments at poker sites. If Poker Stars does it, competition will force many other sites to adopt bitcoin too.

As a community, we all need to visualize Pokerstars doing payouts in bitcoins.  If they just sell their chips using bitpay, then this would be bad for the price.  (I expect Pokerstars will not do payouts in bitcoin, so this will be bad for the price.)

I like the idea, hope it becomes a reality.
Seals is okay to use, but seems too many friends like to play at the same tables.

everything is good for bitcoin, even when they sell their chips using bitpay. use the BTC systems and bitcoin will profit. dont look on the price and think in short terms.
