Hi
... so I was sitting next to the Antmine when suddenly I heard this sound ... hmmm, hmmm, ewreeee, hmmm ...
a quick check of the /var/log/messages revealed that the USB port was making trouble and constantly trying to disconnect and reconnect.
As mentioned before, I've the device connected to a Banana-Pi wich eventually seem to have more power distribution problems than just the Harddrive.
So now I connected the Miner to my storrage system (AMD E450 running CentOS 7)
(Stats to be posted here in in couple of hours
)
So currently I only discourage you to use the Banan-Pi in combination with the Antminer U3 for stable mining
EDIT: It's worse ... I now encounter the same USB errors on my other Linux Box ...
