Looks like Adafruit stocks one that's compatible with the Pi 2. They say that the PCB overhangs a little bit, but in the pictures on their site it doesn't look bad at all.

the A2 terminators were not exactly open source ,
but you can compare the pinout of ver 1 with ver 2 on a PI

Received with thanks.  There was a delay on the HK side according to the tracking number (sat at the airport mail centre for a few days) but arrived to the UK very quickly once it got moving.

Did you have to pay import VAT or not? It's always a bit of a gamble, but it depends on which courier is used

The heatsinks I have use adhesive tape. It peels and sticks find in my experience. It can all fit in the plastic cases too.
