A scam happening in fiat does not get fiat banned. its true that bitcoin allows such scams possible, but people should be careful while investing. Its not the currencies fault. |

Banned not banned these countrys are like females just need to make up their mind, i do not think it even matters what they say they can never truly ban it can they their will be a decentralized exchange before long and if someone wants to use/trade btc then they will.

Has it really been banned in Hong Kong? But using bitcoins isn't illegal unless all are using it for money laundering and gambling. Bitcoin is much more secure than other currencies.

It shall not be banned , there are always frauds and scams , no matter the currency, banning BTC for that ,is total useless Has it really been banned in Hong Kong? But using bitcoins isn't illegal unless all are using it for money laundering and gambling. Bitcoin is much more secure than other currencies.

If it hasn't already, it probably won't. Given the current regulatory climate there, there is no reason why it would be banned. It has the information given on the blockchain and it is not really anonymous, so that would not be likely.
