17k Germany Opt-In email list

This list is Opt-In, so you have 100% permission to use it for marketing.

I will sell it to only one person.
List comes in format - 1 email per line, so it is like this:

Note that this is not just an email list that can be found somewhere in public, as it is private.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.
It is android community - android related.
German language, German people.
Can be used as sending promo for anything about android/sms/phones/tech. (maybe for some btc-phone apps?)
W/e, it's German and I'm not so good with German language.
List is from one of leading sites in Germany.
Cannot tell you site name, but it's important that the list is Opt-In.

Well, about price - why is it high? It is Opt-In email list, it's only 1 country and it's verified email list, that's why it is priced like that.
About how many = complete list goes, no splitting on parts - 1 list, 1 file = all 17.000 emails inside.
