Problem is it would need to be verified as real and not fake so unless you met buyer at jewellery shop and they verified you will have a problem selling especially without escrow.

You would probably just be better selling this locally through ebay or directly to a jeweller then buy bitcoin with the money .

Anyone who sends bitcoin for that watch without escrow is a world class idiot. Needing bitcoin fast? Need your ass down to a pawn shop where he'll tell you to take your fake watch and GTFO.  Then sell your real items for cashish.
