Quite an old news actually. He based on that on current scenario and I just hope he can repeat the whole process in maybe the next year to come and let's see how much things that could probably have changed by then.

It's kind of easy to survive on Bitcoin for a week : 1. Find a Taco stand accepting BTC 2. Find a source of water 3. Rent a single room flat, where you pay in BTCViola !!!! you survived.  |

You seem very optimistic so I doubt it, though I am glad btc is getting mainstream mentions, though I think the inevitable conclusion of this show will be that you can't actually live on bitcoin or buy that much directly with it currently. I like Morgan though so lets see how it goes. |

What great press! Morgan's sure to provide a fair look at bitcoin, explaining the good and the bad but all of the practical press that's provided will help in the long run. At a minimum it shows people who've "heard of bitcoin" how easy it can be to get involved. It may still be a novelty to those people but novelty turns into adoption.
All of us should share the show with our friends and family so as many people as possible can see it!

I agree. I also saw something saying that at the least, people should come out of watching it with an understanding of what Bitcoin is. Most people, in the US of A anyway, don't even know what Bitcoin is, so if everyone told their friends/family/co-workers to watch, hopefully it will get a large group of people who didn't know what Bitcoin is one day, to actually understanding what it is the next. So they can have conversations about it in the future and have some sort of understanding to start with, etc. I already told my family to check it out. I plan on tweeting again to get others to check it out when it airs. |

I don't know what's worst, CNN or Fox News, but this Thursday I'll be sure to DVR this series, just because.
Morgan Spurlock usually does documentaries and insider reports better than other filmmakers.
