I will mine my coin myself of course else it is impossible for me to give those bounties. The ICO money will be used for developing the coin in risky business Our wallet will have a link with the exchanges when we are listed on a exchange, we will include encrypted messages.

A website will be developed what Risky coin means. We will promote this website on several advertation websites so that our website has more then 10.000 clicks a day.

A websites that will use Riskycoin will be added on this main website so that means that we have every day 10.000 people checking out what Riskcoin is.

The ICO money should give us the possibility to promote our coin for weeks, even month, and who knows if the amount in ICO is increasing a lot then maybe even longer.

I don't want to have a situation that the coin is trading at 2 sats and move from 2 to 3 sats. And it will not give any problems in the future as when people have to pay with Riskcoin they can pay like 0.0005 RISK to buy some drinks (for example).

All time zones are already on the 19th no? It is before 19th. DEV said the timezone of New York, and that is now 6:46 am.

But still... does it really matter, of course it matters, but rules are rules, and as escrow i have to follow also DEV rules, i cannot just modify it because someone was too late. And lets face it, if it hit Bittrex, and the ICO money stay around this amount or one or two BTCs more then it will still be a 200 -300 or more % return on your ICO investment. You know what happened with PEN as you join PEN too I took a profit of 200% on PEN and use this profit to invest in RISK.
